Rev. Dr. Kwaku Frimpong


Rev. Dr. Kwaku Frimpong is the majority Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of FRIMPS Oil Company Limited. He is also the owner of Eagle Petroleum, Eagle Transport, and K2 Holdings. Rev. Dr. Frimpong holds a Master of Arts Certificate in Theology from the Akrofi Christaller Institute of Theology, Missions and Culture. He also holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of London; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from the Pentecost University College; and a Certificate in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Rev. Frimpong worked with Ghana Oil Company Limited and OANDO Ghana Limited as a dealer in petroleum products. He also worked as a Supervisor at Application of Diamond Industry from 1988 to 1994; and a Manager at Idal-Modal from 1994 to 1998, in Italy.

Rev. Frimpong has travelled extensively across the globe and has acquired undoubted skills at forming strategic alliances and collaborations in gaining competitive advantage for his companies. He has a unique but quiet contribution towards the building of economic leadership and entrepreneurship in Ghana.

Dr. Kofi Mensah Nyarko


Dr. Kofi Mensah Nyarko is a Medical Officer, an Epidemiologist, and a Public Health Specialist with excellent expertise in program management. Dr. Nyarko is currently the Program Director at the Ghana Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program (GFELTP). He is the Program Manager for Non Communicable Diseases Control Program and Head of Cancer Control Program at the Ghana Health Service.

Dr. Nyarko holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health Epidemiology, Applied Epidemiology and Disease Control (FELTP), and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Ghana; a Bachelor of Medicine, a Bachelor of Surgery (MB.ChB), and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Human Biology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Dr. Nyarko is a Board Member of the National Cancer Steering Committee and the Africa Epidemiology Network (AFENET). He has consulted for WHO-AFRO, the Global Fund and other agencies. Dr. Nyarko has worked at all level of the health delivery system at various managerial positions. He has been involved in research and training of public health experts. He has excellent managerial and organizational skills. He led the development of Ghana’s Strategy for Cancer Control and was key in the development of the NCD Policy and Strategic Plan for Ghana.

Dr. Siaw Frimpong


Dr. Siaw Frimpong is the Head of Department and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Cape Coast. Dr. Frimpong holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance from the Kenyatta University; a Master of Business and a Diploma in Finance from the University of Otago; a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

Dr. Frimpong has conducted a number of research in small business financing, rural banks financing, capital structure and firm performance, as well as, corporate governance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). He has consulted for several institutions and serves on a number of University Boards and Committees.

Dr. Frimpong is a Board Member of the Okomfo Anokye Rural Bank; a Member of the Salvation Army Schools Committees on Education Policy; and a Member of the Board of Governors of the Okomfo Anokye Senior High School. He is a Patron for some students associations, including Leadership Empowerment Consult (LEC) of the University of Cape Coast.

Dr. Frimpong is an External Examiner for Christian Services, University College, Kumasi; and the Central University College. He is also the Chief Examiner of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) in Marketing Management; and an Examiner of the WAEC in Cost Accounting and Principles of Accounting.

Mrs. Shirley Frimpong


Mrs. Shirley Serwah Frimpong is the Ag. Managing Director of Oiltrade Company Limited. She is also the General Manager and Head of the Audit Team of FRIMPS Oil Company Limited.

Mrs. Frimpong is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at the University of Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Kumasi Polytechnic (now Kumasi Technical University).

Mrs. Frimpong had her National Service at the Juaben National Youth Council as an Accounts Officer, and also worked at Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited as a Teller from 2004 to 2005.

Mr. Elias Oppong Ababio


Elias holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Elias is the Chief Executive Officer of MIC Group of Companies and ONA Resources Company Limited. Elias has served in various capacities in FRIMPS Oil Company Limited, including being the Head of the Compliance Department, an Assistant General Manager, Finance Manager, and Project Manager.

Prior to joining FRIMPS Oil, Elias worked with Anglogold Ashanti Malaria Control Limited as a Financial Accountant, and Anglogold Ashanti Ghana – Finance and Commercial Services as a Finance Officer. Elias brings to Loyalty Insurance topnotch managerial skills and business innovation.

Mr. Ernest Frimpong

Managing Director

Mr. Ernest Frimpong is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of the United Kingdom (UK). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG). Ernest holds an Intermediate Certificate in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB) of Ghana; a Master of Arts Degree in International Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with Philosophy from the University of Ghana. Ernest is currently pursuing an International Executive MBA in Banking and Finance with the Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM).

Ernest is the Ag. Managing Director of Loyalty Insurance Company Limited. Prior to his elevation to the current position, Ernest was the Chief Operations Officer of the company. Ernest joined Loyalty Insurance as the Head of Business Development and Marketing in April 2017. He later became the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Corporate Affairs of the company.

Before moving to Loyalty Insurance, Ernest was the Head of Business Development and Marketing at Priority Insurance Company Limited from August 2015 to March 2017. Ernest also worked at the National Insurance Commission (NIC) for close to 11 years from September 2004 to August 2015, having served in various capacities at the NIC, including being a Board Secretary, Special Assistant to the Commissioner of Insurance, Team Leader / Projects Manager, Relationship Manager, and an External Relations Officer.

Ernest has and continues to serve on a number of Insurance Industry Committees. Ernest is a resource person at the Ghana Insurance College (GIC) where he graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Applied Insurance Studies. He has written a number of articles on insurance.

Ernest is happily married and blessed with three (3) children.

Mr. Lawrence Harry Osei


Mr. Lawrence Harry Osei holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree; and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast. Mr. Osei has over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, having worked with Quality Insurance Company Limited, Gemini Life Insurance Company Limited (now Glico Life Insurance Company Limited), Beacon Insurance Company Limited, and Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited in various capacity including being a General Manager, Branch Manager and Head of Retail.
