Professional Indemnity
Covers the Legal liabilities of professionals such as Architects, engineers, Doctors, Accountants, Lawyers, Consultants etc. and their servants, assigns or agents to third parties arising from error, omission or professional negligence of the insured in the course of their practice / occupation
Directors Liability
Covers Directors’ legal liability for any loss arising from a claim as a result of a "Wrongful Act" committed whilst acting in their official capacity for the company as Directors or Officers
Employer's Liability / Workmen Compensation
The workmen’s compensation Act 1987 requires all employers to assume responsibility for occupational injuries, diseases and/or death of their employees. This policy covers employers’ legal liability for death, or bodily injury to employee arising out of and in the course of employment. It covers employees during working hours only.
Product Liability
This policy indemnifies the insured against accidental death or bodily injury and loss or damage to the property of the public or consumer arising from defects in products manufactured and supplied by the insured
